| Description: | This Celestia Add-on contains the original and some alternative Constellations and Asterisms. The Constellations are organized in 4 different series and can be recognized by their series number added to the Constellation name (#1, #2, #3, #4). Besides these 4 series of Constellations, creative individual Constellations are also added and can be recognized by their series number #5 or #6 added to the Constellation name. This Celestia Add-on also contains some well known Asterisms and some CELX scripts, that can be used to individually show and/or clear specific (series of) Constellations and Asterisms. V1.1: The Constellation series are extended with a complete new implementation of the Chinese Constellations and the Indigenous Brazilian Constellations. The Constellation series are extended with a complete new implementation of the Chinese Constellations (#7) and the Indigenous Brazilian Constellations (#8). V1.2 (April 2013): Sami Constellations added, Norse Constellations added, International Astronomical Union (IAU) Constellations added, Hawaiian Starlines added, Plug-in for Lua_Edu_Tools and/or Lua_plugins, to switch between Constellation cultures using a GUI interface. This add-on overwrites some celestia system files so read the README before installing this add-on (editing of the celestia start.cel is needed)! |
