In celestia 1.6.1, compatibility is broken. However, I found, that inserting a command:
RotationOffset 40
in each object of the ssc File (after the LongLat command) repairs the issue.

Great!I love this addon!I change also the colors with the GIMP to adapt the features on my mars map!
