| Description: | This add-on represents the fragments of Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9. The coverage begins on the 1st of January 1980, and continues until the 30th of June 1994. Please note that this package contains separate zip files within the main zip file, and these will also have to be extracted in order to get to the applicable XYZ and SSC files. Once that's done, simply copy the SSC file to your Celestia\extras directory, and then copy all XYZ files to your Celestia\data directory. Remember to set your dates according to the views you wish to experience with this add-on. Also, Jack has set NO ending dates for the comet's fragments, so you may wish to add your own "Ending" details in the SSC file. |
